HISTORY: NutScrewsWashersNBolts online!

Alan Perry, one of the artists behind early 90s Belfast small press anthology NutScrewsWashersNBolts, which also featured work from Paul McCullough, John Farrelly and others, has made the first three issues available as pdf downloads, and the fourth and final issue is on the way. Issue 1 has a strip by Malachy Coney and Seán Doran, and I’m slightly disturbed to discover that issue 3 contains a strip by me that I’d entirely forgotten about, as well as one by PJ Holden.

Is there any Digital versions of DNA Swamp about?

Not that I know of. I don't even have a paper copy anymore, but I'm sure there's some floating about.

I'm sure John Farrelly has some copies. I know I have one lying around, I'll have to try and search it out.

I did a strip in issue 3? Oh god now I'm scared to look at it!

How could you forget Bobo! :)

Looks good but it’s a bit too hard to read the text off the PDF.

Seem readable enough to me. You might need to zoom and scroll a bit, or print it off, but the resolution is fine.

Yeah, some of the text in places was a bit dodgy. The original copies were photocopies, which gradually got worse each issue. I tried cleaning them up as much as possible, and I think it's mostly okay, but there's still a few of the strips a wee bit rough. It's as good as it's gonna get for 21 year old photocopy scans though lol.

Yeah. I’ll give that a shot. I’m a bit thick.
