"Hay everyone, Char here I'm a huge Harley Quinn fan that is why I decided to draw her for today's noodler, but I'm a bit more of a writer than an artist, I just draw for fun so I hope you like it!  Its thanks to Anthony the color looks so polished and smooth because he went over it on photoshop. I wana dedicate this picture to the bestest friend anyone could ask for, Anto for just being you!! :-)"
